Very nice Boutique studio, close to the beach and lot of services, newly renovated Mid-Century Style, 1 bathroom, complete kitchen with all the pots and pan and basic groceries items, toaster, coffee maker, wifi, cable TV, A/C, hair dryer, iron and ironning board, outside BBQ, nice outside private garden with chairs and artificial grass, beach chairs, close from Oakland Blvd, very clean building with just 4 apartments, 1 private parking, walking distance from restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, bars. Gated complex. Upscale, safe and quiet neighborhood, not too far from the airport (11 miles). This is a non-smoking unit. Nice and secure building with a gated terrace. Apt on the ground level

Despite our meticulous cleaning practices & our pest control company’s best efforts, bugs & critters are part of life in Florida, sub-Tropical climate. Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches & lizards like to find their way inside. If this alarms you to point of scared to death, please do not book. If you are seeing them regularly, please let us know so we can arrange to have another treatment done but we will not reimburse you. If you find one dead, it means our treatment is working.

Studio for 2

The location is perfect - two blocks from a Speedway and Walgreens (and soon to be one block from a Publix) and three blocks for tons of dining spots (BBQ, Mexican, American, Greek, etc). Most importantly: a quick 4 minute walk to a lovely beach. The room is a studio - with space for 2 including a nice bathroom and kitchenette; we really enjoyed the outdoor space including morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs and dinner at the outside tables & chairs.

Affordable and close to the beach

Easy check-in and out, clean, comfortable bed, close to the beach and it had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that the ac didn't feel very cold, it felt more like a fan blowing than air conditioner so we had a hard time sleeping at night, it was just too warm for us.

Efficiency Apartment worked out well for our short stay

While we normally book 1-2 bedroom vacation rentals, this efficiency space was the only one available for our dates. It was clean and worked well for our short stay. We would consider coming back in the future to rent one of the larger units in this building.

Close to the beach, Lauderdale by the Sea, Fort Lauderdale, grocery store, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much. Could have used a dust pan and broom(sand from beach).

Nive place by the beach

Close to the beach, fully furnished kitchen. with all utensils. The walls were well insulated and it was very quiet inside. Nice patio area. Some good restaurants were in walking distance, we liked Shooters. Owners were helpful and great on communications and emailed us with local attractions. If you like the beach then you will like this property.
