Villa Rio may be the best home for large groups in Fort Lauderdale given the unique layout boasting 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, 3 kitchens, at almost 4000sqft. Intentionally renovated in 2022 for this exact purpose, it provides plenty of entertaining areas as well as the privacy one may need when traveling with a large party.

With over 1200 positive reviews, your perfect vacation matters to us and we will do all that we can to ensure a successful stay.

Villa Rio is located on one of the most prestigious streets, in the most desirable neighborhood in the city. Within walking distance to Las Olas, the very heart of Fort Lauderdale, packed with restaurants, nightlife, and shopping.

We happily provide complimentary early check-in/ late check-out, reservations permitting.

Your party will also be able to board the Fort Lauderdale water taxi for free (highly recommend) at Smoker Family Park, only steps from your front door. Operates daily, from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m with the following stops:

Perfection for My 50th Birthday!
I cannot overstate how ridiculously fabulous this house is!! A group of 11 celebrated my 50th birthday for four nights and I can say unequivocally that this was the best rental experience I have ever had. To start, the house is amazing…2 large living rooms, 2 full kitchens, one half kitchen, 3 additional sitting areas, 7 bedrooms…our challenge was to fully utilize all of the house…which we did, barely! You want for nothing when you check in, as linens, sheets, glassware, paper products, detergent…everything that you could think of is all there. The owner proactively called me ahead of our arrival and answered all of the questions my group had, plus offered many recommendations for dining and other entertainment. And the location was great…walking distance to many great restaurants, and a short Uber ride to almost everywhere else. If you have a large group and are looking to be pampered while staying in FTL, look no further!!

Amazing Stay!

Great Property!
This was an unusually spacious and excellent property for those vacationing with a large group (e.g., with multiple families). Comfortable, plenty of room, very clean, a private pool, great neighborhood and location with easy driving access to Las Olas, Riverwalk, and the beach area. Amenities provided (e.g., coffee, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, bottled water) were appreciated. The rental process was smooth, and the owners were a pleasure to correspond with and were very responsive.

Positive experience! Having different areas to sit and watch tv/hang out was perfect for our multi-family group. The ice machine was a smart idea and the coffee creamer and sugar was a nice touch. The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating to our special requests and they were very responsive. I would recommend this property.

Great place for a work trip
My team and I attended a conference. There is so much space. A lot of area’s to hang out, great table for everyone to gather. Bedrooms are brand new, awesome bedding, nice pillows and it’s quiet. Lots of bathrooms, very clean. For a large group this is a great place. The owner is also super nice.

Amazing Property
This property is in a great location and the host was super responsive and very accommodating. The house is absolutely stunning and looked exactly like the photos. The pool was incredible and the amenities provided were a great touch. He really did think of everything to make this an impressive stay. Traveled with a large group and we all felt like the space was fantastic. There were so many areas to lounge and enjoy our stay without feeling cramped. Would definitely return in the future.
