KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
Casa NIrvana sleeps 8 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have TV's with cable.
- Pac and Play and high chair provided
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 317 sq ft heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

POOL TABLE: Located in the garage with ques and balls. There is also an extra fridge in the garage for your convenience.

GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection on Garbage Removal days, Monday and Thursday mornings. Please bring the bins back to the side of the house when the trash has been picked up.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Driveway is located in the front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets under 30 lbs. are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Perfect accommodations!
My family of 5 planned to spend a week in Florida while moving my daughter into college and we were not at all familiar with the area so finding a rental was stressful-but this property was perfect!! The home was spotless when we arrived, there was so much space for our family in the main living area as well as in each of the bedrooms and we were able to settle in immediately. The outdoor space was also great, we used the pool everyday and the fenced-in yard provided nice privacy. The home is located on a small cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood which is very close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The property owners were extremely responsive when I contacted them with a few questions and they made our stay even that much more comfortable. We will be returning to this area frequently and will definitely be staying here again!

The stay was great…. But the property needs a little more details when it comes to cleaning, we found an apple pie dated 8/11 and an open bag of chips in the kitchen cabinets. Our major inconvenience was “the 4th bedroom (that was not a bedroom specially when you have couples sharing the room. In order to use the bathroom the guests in bedroom #3 had to go through bedroom #4 which is was very inconvenient. Other than that everything was great.

over all we had a great stay When we First arrived and we enter the house look cleaned and smelled cleaned, but after taking shoes off and walking around on floors our feet was black on bottom. As of supplies in kitchen there was a few things that was missing such as a cookie sheet or flat pan. and maybe a few more med. size bowls for food storage and would of been nice to have a clock hanging on wall somewhere. Only one big issue we found that needs Immediate Attention is in small bed room off from kitchen there is a door leading outside that is Marked as a Fire Exit IT WILL NOT OPEN from in or out. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again it was a great house and we would recommend it. Thank you

Hide Away
This house was wonderful. I hidden gem. It is in a cul de sac with no traffic and surrounded with beautiful landscaping. The house was spacious and we loved all the sliding door access to the back yard. The pool was great. Everything was a described in the listing. We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is also conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, parks, and the beach. It truly is a hidden gem!

Great place and area!
Lovely place to stay! Quick drive to the beach. You could walk there as well. Loved the area and would stay here again! Only downside is that the place was a little dirty. Towels weren’t that clean and dishes were left dirty in the cupboards. Other than that, amazing!

We had some minor problems and emailed the owners and they were right on point. They had someone there within hours to handle it. The house was very clean and close to the beach. Everyone had a great time and were very happy with the house.

My husband, our kitties and I enjoyed our stay. The heated pool was great this time of year, the house was mostly sound proof. It was clean, spacious and not over stocked with household items, which we really appreciated. I loved the mattress we slept on. The neighborhood cat that visited every evening was hilarious. We will definitely be back.

Okay but needs better description & upkeep
We just stayed for four days as a relaxing get-away for my birthday. The check in process was very easy and the house was clean (except one large roach in the front bathroom). We booked this over other properties for the pool and the pool table. There are a few things that should have been in the description. 1. The Air Park is right across the highway. The pool was nice and warm. However, there was no quiet relaxing by the pool, which is what we were after, due to the incessant sound of small planes flying over us constantly. They started flying super early in the morning around 7AM so I was woken up a lot earlier than I wanted to be on my vacation, as they are very loud and can be easily heard from the Master Bedroom in the back of the house. 2. The listing states there are outside cameras but I expected them out front - not watching the pool. 3. All the cue sticks except one and even the bridge are broken. We had one stick to share between us. 4. There is no air in the garage where the pool table is - so it gets too hot to play for long. 5. There are no hand towels in the kitchen so, if you wash dishes, you’ll need to get a bathroom towel to dry them on. 6. Everyone has their own preferences, but the beds are EXTREMELY firm and creak if you move at all. Pillows are very flat. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you aren’t planning on a relaxing stay hanging out by the pool.

We liked the pool & enjoyed the beach. However, communication was bad, we payed for the house & couldn’t use 1 bedroom due to a broken bed & lots of bugs & we had NO HOT WATER for 4 days! We reported it the first day & they blamed it on spring break but hire more help & call us back, don’t be so rude, that is no excuse! It was very disappointing to pay that much to have a bad experience. Then they sent electricians the morning of our checkout without notifying us. So inconsiderate, I recommend saving your money & staying elsewhere!

Property is on a quiet cul-de-sac, which is nice. Pool was good, grill a little old and rusty. There was a fire pit and chairs but we didn't use. The garage is too hot to play pool in, and bring some additional pods for washer and dishwasher. Our internet was out for most of our stay, but was fast when it worked. Overall it is a clean, comfortable home to stay in. TV in every room, nice. It is a nice place to unwind after a day out in Pompano!

Fall getaway with friends and family and played the WSOP Circuit Event at the Isle a couple days
The house is great, nice appliances, everything worked perfectly. About a two minute drive to the beach. The pool is heated and always the perfect temperature. Plenty of nice lawn furniture for outdoor relaxing. Our favorite meal was the Rusty Hook Tavern. Everything you need is really close by. Stop and buy a bag of ice if you’re making cocktails. My only suggestion is if you need to communicate with the property folks while you’re visiting, don’t use email, it takes at least 48 hours to get an answer. Use the number provided. We would definitely rent this house again.
