Weekend getaway

Perfect location across the road from the beach. We loved how we were able walk out to the back quiet pool, but also able to have lounge privacy on the patio. Would stay again.

Great get away

4 night stay which was great!! unfortunately weather was not cooperative and rained with high winds entire time. Hotel despite that charges $40 per day for beach umbrellas and bikes we never could even use which is nonrefundable. Really only downside with that gamble otherwise great location and condo!!!

I’ve stayed at this property a few times. It’s seems as if things have went down hill. If your going to charge 5 star prices, please offer a 5 star treatment. Multiple lights out, lights switches broken, carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years. The balcony needs to be power washed and organized.

5 stars but some improvements

First, I would like to start with this place delivers as advertised and then some. The patio was spacious. it is also connected to a pool area but due to the landscaping this is not obvious, which is nice for privacy. My main complaints are 1) valet parking seems to be the only option if you bring a car other than the street parking. Considering the tow signs everywhere, we elected valet at $49/night. 2) Checking in was confusing. Email states that you check with front desk. There are at least 2 front desks. One seems to be with the hotel and the other is the other side of the building where "the residences" are located. I spent at least 15 minutes walking around the hotel complex trying to figure out how to check in. I only point these things out to help others in the future but I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful stay!!

Disrepair

Bath tub drain plug didn't work so with movement or turning the jets on it wouldn't hold water. The water was extremely rusty so the water in the tub was orange. The curtains were coming off the tracks and the patio door had to be jimmied by my husband to close and lock.Knob missing off the light switch by the shower and a light in the bathroom area was blown out or broken. The living room area smelled like dog. We have a big family so my husband and I try to get away together once per year so we decided this year to splurge by spending more than we typically do because we thought it was a luxury rental. No we didn't call the property manager because quite frankly it wasn't feasible for them to do an overhaul of the place. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend.

Very good experience, host is super responsive, accommodate our needs to shorten our stay and refund us right away. Super clean property, very nice kitchen but could provide more kitchen pots and pan to cook will be nice. Overall, great experience!
