Easter Break

Communication with the owner was easy and punctual. The condo was clean and the perfect setup for our family. The easy access to the beach was very convenient, and we loved the food and ambiance at the tiki bar. We would come back!

Winter break trip

We had a lovely stay. The unit was impeccable and the decor was gorgeous! Everything was as stated in the description. The hosts were very accomodating and the communication was prompt and reliable. We highly recommend this unit!

Would use again!!!

The pool and ocean were feet away!! Clean pool with plenty of chairs. It was a beautiful, clean beach. The tiki bar was fun and the food was good! Everyone that worked there was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. Plenty of room for all of us. The owners were very accommodating and answered all my questions. Would use again!

Great Spot for Girls Trip

5 of us stayed here for a long weekend, it was great- super spacious, we could have fit more! The tiki bar was awesome, food was surprisingly very good. Would def stay again!!!

Getaway

We stayed at this condo about six months ago and my two young sons are still talking about it. The beach out front was perfect, ocean was cold but the heated pool felt wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Taylor Swift Eras tour

We stayed the weekend there for the Taylor Swift concert. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t good for the beach. The area is nice and there is a lot of restaurants and shops you can walk to. The valet people were very nice and pretty fast about getting the car. The condo was nice and well furnished

Awesome condo on the beach

The condo was perfect for my group of 5. We really did not feel the need to leave the property much since you there is so much at the Oceanmanor Beach Resort. Jodi the host was attentive with great communication!

Great Location

This is a great location & loved having the bar on site. The room was clean. My only comment is that the light & fan in the master bedroom didn’t work correctly. The light would flash on and off after you took a shower and the fan wouldn’t ever come on. Would definitely stay again.

One Night of Relaxation

This was a very positive experience for our family. The Hotel property was exactly as listed: spacious, immaculate, furnished, and located wonderfuly! We ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs, then enjoyed drinks at the Tiki Bar. Please note also, the comfort of having the beautiful beach and pool access right outside the hotel doors made it very easy to relax for everyone. Jodi, the host, could not have been more enjoyable and trustworthy to work with.

Wonderful except the King size bed

I wish I could give 5 stars because the condo was beautiful and the owner was so nice and accommodating, but the king size bed was so uncomfortable (mattress felt like a pull out couch), I will only be giving 4. I notified the owner just after we left, so I think she will probably do something about it soon. If she does, I would give this property 5 stars and highly recommend it! Location was great and we loved sitting in the "window" room looking down at the ocean.

Not a Family Friendly Neighborhood

The rental unit was as described and the check in/out process was very easy. I do not recommend staying at the Ocean Manor Resort if you have children. The surrounding tenants were constantly smoking marijuana. The smell was so strong that we had to move our belongings to an interior bedroom and place towels at the door to the hallway. We went for an early morning walk on the beach and witnessed a homeless man showering naked at the beach showers on the Ocean Manor Property next to the Tiki Bar - several employees were working and no one did anything to stop this. This property is great for Spring Breakers, but I would not take my children to this property again.

Great place for beach getaway

Rented this property and stayed with some friends for a short beach getaway. It was great having the two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms with two beds even, and a nice large living/dining area to all hangout in. The kitchen was a plus also. So much better than a hotel room. We only used the parking/valet for one night which I’m glad because it seemed like there was only one valet working at a time so claiming and checking your vehicle in/out at times can be time consuming. Otherwise the property was great. Had everything you needed on site. Beach, pool, tiki bar, and Italian restaurant were all great. Also had stores and other restaurants within walking distance if needed. We were told there was a free shuttle that would drop you off and pick you up at locations in the area but it wasn’t running due to covid. We made things work though especially with the tiki bar being open late every night. Great property if you want lots of activities right on site.

Nice Spot & Would Stay Again, Some FYIs

Overall this was a nice place and we would stay again. It was clean and had some good features. Proximity to a pool and being right on the ocean is hard to beat. It was great to have 2 restaurants on site and the option to rent chairs and umbrellas. There were also towels available at the same rental stand by the Tiki bar. Recommend having cash for tips. The restaurants are a bit pricey but convenience won. There's a coffee maker and Keurig in the kitchen; we stopped at the store on the way in and weren't sure what the unit had so just sharing :) Not complaints at all, just info I would have appreciated knowing in advance. The exterior of the windows were pretty dirty so the views with windows closed weren't crystal clear but we understand that weather and things out of anyone's control create that so again, not a complaint just a heads up for expectations. A bit more info about the building, like an FYI sheet would've been nice. Especially after going through older reviews and coming prepared with rolls of quarters for laundry. Laundry is in the basement and you have to take the service elevator to get there. Then you need to use a credit card to purchase a laundry card ($5) and then you load the card. Later found a card on the dining table that someone left but had no idea that's what it was until after I'd already bought one. Last FYI - when you pay for parking it's by the day and you pay when you arrive by how many days you'll be there. You park your car across the s
