"The air condition in rooms 114 and 130 wasn’t working as well. Recommend upgrading the air conditioning system. Rooms were never cold even when the thermostat was adjusted. Also, the door is very hard to open you have to push your body toward the door and apply pressure to get in. Other than that the staff were friendly and accommodating. Lastly please tell your room attendants if you have the check out list don’t come knocking on guest doors at 8am in the morning asking them the same questions when I can see you’re looking at the list. "
