"This apartment was very nice and clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay which is what we were looking for. Safety was a concern for us in Belize City, and this neighborhood was much nicer compared to others closer to downtown or the south side. Everything you need is within a few minites drive."

It is about a 20-30 min walk to the belize sign and restaurants down near the water, on the way there is a grocery store.
