"When we arrived after the very cold weather here before Xmas, we literally had no heating in the cottage and the temperature didn’t move off 14 degrees for two days until I asked for someone to fix it. So, we then had about four of the ten heaters working for two weeks until everything failed again and we were left again with no heating. "We arrived on New Years Eve to find the large open area of the barn, warm and welcoming. Everything was exactly as expected, if not more. The accommodation has everything you would ever need to make your stay very pleasant. Sue was also very helpful with answers to my questions on the lead up, which also helped set our expectations. Overall a very chilled and relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life."
