Although the house is in a quiet part of Forcalquier, it is only a few minutes' walk from bars and restaurants. The famous Monday-morning market is also just a short walk away.

As you enter the house you come into a hall/living room; on the first floor is a modern kitchen opening on to a private terrace; on the second floor is the living room/bedroom with a sofa bed and on the top floor a large, bright, airy bedroom with en-suite bathroom and mezzanine. The view from there is lovely, looking out across the roof tops to the moutains beyond Forcalquier.
