A utility room with toilet with sink, washing machine, dryer, US fridge.
Pleasant salon (28m2) opening onto the terrace with TV and DVD

SECOND FLOOR:
This floor has 4 bedrooms:
A bedroom (12m²) with a double bed 160 and adjacent bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) and dressing area
A bedroom (10m²) with 2 single beds 90 or a double bed 160 on request.
A bedroom (12m²) with double bed 180 and adjacent bathroom (sink, shower and toilet).

Très belle location, hyper équipée
Chaleureux accueil par le propriétaire. Maison totalement équipée d’air conditionné ! Sous la canicule de cet été, c’était indispensable!
4 chambres dont une parentale avec sa salle de douche, une deuxième salle de douche, très beau salon séparé de la salle à manger et sa cuisine hyper équipée.
Piscine protégée, un plus quand on part avec de jeunes enfants.
Belle terrasse ombragée avec une grande table pouvant accueillir de nombreuses personnes.
Vélos à disposition.
Grand jardin avec jeux d’enfants.
Le tout au calme mais à proximité du centre de Fontvieille.
