"Property sent me a message through Expedia’s inbox telling me they weren't able to host me and that I should contact Expedia to manage my reservation. Mind you, Expedia won’t refund me because they were never able to get in contact with the property. Very frustrating situation where I had to pay for a stay that I actually never stayed. "Fabulous from start to finish. Views are amazing and everything is within walking distance. The steps to access the hotel from the beach are daunting but you get used to it and plan accordingly. Tip: if you are heading towards nearby Ossos Beach for a meal or sunbathing, then just walk on the street from the front of the hotel it’s quick, easy and avoids the steps. Rooms were lovely and individual. Staff were great and our entire stay felt safe and luxurious. "
