Nicolo was an amazing host Greeting us at the door explaining everything in the house but also keeping in contact with us if we had any questions about Florence Amazing stay I would definitely stay again when I come back

Property listing is accurate, location is perfect. Unfortunately the air conditioning failed prior to my arrival and I had to spend 20 hours of my vacation trying to determine if the property manager could fix it before abandoning my stay. Room (500 sqft apartment) was 83 degrees. Be certain everything is working upon check in, don’t let them leave until you know it is in working order (property manager, Sweetstay, is a corporation and not a person you can call) Also worth noting that there are 5 locked doors with 5 different keys to access the unit, concerning that door #3 only open with a key upon exit so there is no possibility to exit the property in case of an emergency. This is an interior unit. Windows open to a 15’ wide ally and roosting pigeons there is no view or fresh air. All that being said we would have loved to stay for our 4 nights if the unit could have been a habitable temperature. Great location.

We pre paid for the place. When we got there, they asked for a security deposit that they had not told us about. When trying to pay the deposit, the wifi did work well and that payment kept throwing an error. The host kicked us out of the property because he had to check other properties in and since our deposit would not confirm we could not stay inside the building! Remember, we had pre paid for the stay at the property. I walked outside the building and down to an open area and the deposit went through easily! Sweetstay is operated out of England and Alexandra is very unprofessional! I cannot express how unhappy I was about the way we were treated. BEWARE! If trying to rent through VRBO and you are redirected to Sweetstay. Choose again! Anywhere else would be better. Sweetstay is a SCAM!!!

Non si può affittare ma anche a un prezzo vantaggioso, il loft1 di via Monalda 2 con l' aria condizionata guasta, in quanto la conformazione dell'appartamento è tale che non si può neanche aprire le finestre se no si è invasi dal calore dei motori dell'aria condizionata altrui e con i 37 40 gradi di questa estate è invivibile anche con la presenza di due ventilatori. Vogliate concedermi almeno questo sfogo: Firenze è un patrimonio dell'umanità e va gestita col rispetto che merita e questi spiacevoli episodi offuscano l'esperienza meravigliosa che è visitarla.
