We thought the apartment was better than the pictures. Lovely light filled kitchen, comfortable furnishings, responsive host, and walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Nice neighborhood with good restaurants, interesting shops and great gelato!

We could not have been happier with Nicola’s property - tastefully decorated and meticulously kept, it was a haven of quiet from the day to day pace of Firenze - highly encourage you to explore the Oltrarno, where this is based - Nicola is a very gracious and responsive host - five stars!

As great as the pictures are in this listing they do not do it justice. The place is stunning and excellent for 4 people. A little walk to the center of Florence, but many coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores close by

We enjoyed this beautiful apartment. We were met on arrival and given a wonderful list of recommendations. Nicola responded very quickly to any message. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and you can easily walk to all of the most visited spots in Florence. We will definitely book again.

The entire trip was perfect. Nicola is the most hospitable host and a wonderful man!!. The property is exactly how it was featured, the location is excellent and he is so responsive. Everything in the property is so well appointed. We will be coming back all the time.

Very nice apartment in a great neighborhood with small shops and a great deli and neighborhood restaurant frequented by locals. . Apartment and master bedroom is spacious but second bedroom is small. Great bathroom with large wonderful showers. I would give it 5 stars overall if second bedroom was a little bigger.

Apartment was even nicer in person than i pictures. Nicola was super easygoing and helpful with everything we needed, made check in and out a breeze. In addition he gave a great list of restaurant/cafe recommendations that were all amazing and not touristy. Location was perfect for us it was just outside all of the super populated areas but in easy walking distance to anything you would want to see including some great food/coffee/gelato on the very same street! If we came back to Florence in the future we would absolutely book this place again without a doubt!

We stayed here for 4 days during a multi - city trip to Italy. This apartment hosted by Nicola was our favorite. Nicola went above and beyond with recommendations, and helping us with a taxi and make a fast trip to the apt when we accidentally locked in personal items in by mistake. True superhost! Location was perfect - wonderful local neighborhood with 15 min walk to everything. Would stay again if with have the chance.

The apartment is located close to the centre but just far enough to be away from the crowds. The apartment was perfect for us, clean, excellent condition and with everything you need, including a fully functional kitchen. The area has a local feel, with some really nice local restaurants, but only a 10 minute walk to Palazzo Pitta and about a 15 minute walk to Cattedrale di Santa Maria Fiore.

The apartment is extremely well located among restaurants and light shopping. Large grocery within 5 minute walk. Wall to central historic zone in 20 minutes. Felt safe to walk alone at night. Building us extremely secure; multiple locking gates. Host is a strong communicator and very kind. Apartment has everything you need to make full meals. Will stay here again.

Everything about this stay was perfect! A safe neighborhood with everything accessible. Coffee bars, restaurants, grocery store, a park and a great bar for apertivo And a walking into the city was doable. The apartment was just beautiful, everything we needed and so comfortable. And then the hosts! Amazing! Felt like friends! I can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I stayed at Nicola's place for nine nights. The apt is beautiful. So much light and charm. Very well appointed. And it is away from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to the main attractions that you can walk to them in 10 minutes. Nicola was a fantastic host. Always attentive to our needs and always full of suggestions on where to eat.Would stay here again. Highly recommend it.

I am so thankful we had the opportunity to stay in this stunningly beautiful apartment in Florence during our 10 day visit. It was perfect. It looks exactly like it does in the pictures (beautiful!), and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet, yet filled with great restaurants, a supermarket, and more all within walking distance. The Wi-Fi worked great (which was helpful given that I had to do some work while I was there), as did the air conditioning. I loved having my morning coffee on the little terrace overlooking the courtyard area. The host was incredibly kind and communicative and very helpful. A perfect stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this property! From the time we secured the online reservation throughout our entire stay, Nicola was available and eager to assure all questions were answered and made sure we had whatever we needed. The apartment is very spacious and worked well for 3 adults. We fell in love with the tasteful furnishings and decorations! Although we didn’t prepare meals at the apartment, the eat-in kitchen was roomy and provided everything needed had we chosen to prepare meals. Great restaurants, cafes, and supermarket were within steps away and the neighborhood is safe and welcoming. We absolutely look forward to staying in this apartment on our next trip to Florence!

This apartment is beautiful, as well as comfortable and quiet—a true pleasure to come home to. It is located in our favorite part of Florence—Oltrarno. An easy walk to the major sites but happily tucked away from tourist crowds. This was our fourth trip to Florence and this apartment was our favorite by far. We loved exploring Florence from this location and were glad it was easy to walk to the train station when we went on day trips to Lucca and Bologna. There is an excellent grocery store within just a few minutes’ walk, as well as wonderful small food shops, trattorias, and cafes nearby. The apartment was immaculate. Best of all, Nicola was the perfect host. He was responsive, extremely kind, happy to help in any way, and gave us excellent recommendations which we thoroughly enjoyed and will be saving for future trips. We would love to stay in this apartment again!

We enjoyed our stay here during Pitti Fragranze. Communication was easy, check-in was super fast, the host was very friendly with clear communication. The internet was super fast which was needed for my work. The apartment was also cool and very air-conditioned during a very hot period during my visit. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this little apartment. The best part about the apartment was the Kitchen. Super bright with awesome decoration. So we spent most of our time not away in the kitchen. :)

Great modern apartment decorated beautifuly and with all the ammenities you need. Close to everything. 10-12 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio and all the shopping and sights. Great resturants and cafes 5 minutes away. Nice supermarket just 3 min away. Nicola the host was super nice and was flexable about the check in time and greeted us with great Italian hopitality and also gave us great suggestions for restaurants, cafes and nice bars to visit during our stay. He was great and made the stay comfortable and memorable. I would 100% book again With Nicola at his apartment.

Nicola went above and beyond and was overly accommodating, so kind and helpful, and super easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to get a 2nd baby crib upon our request for 2. He created a map for all his guests with pinpoints of all of his recommended spots around for food and shopping. Although about 80% of the places were closed because it was August when many Italian business owners travel, the ones he recommended that were open while we stayed were superb! I can only imagine how amazing of an experience it would be when everything around is open. The apartment itself is gorgeous, very easy to access, AC works great, and the living area and dining is wonderful for resting in between day adventures. Walkable to all the main sites to see in Florence. Grocery store right around the corner! I genuinely cannot rave enough about Nicola and our stay in Florence! My family and I would absolutely stay here again in the more lively seasonal months. Highly Recommend!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem tollen Quartier mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich fein zu verpflegen. Es ist ruhig und gibt etwas Abstand zu dem Trubel direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Appartement ist genauso wie auf den Fotos - die Küche ist durch die grossen Fenster lichtdurchflutet was sehr schön ist. Zudem ist sie gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist bequem, am liebsten hätte ich es nach Hause genommen. Die Kommunikation mit Nicola war perfekt. Er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Zudem hat er einen eigenen kleinen Stadtplan mit vielen Tipps wo es das beste Essen gibt. Leider hatten wir zu wenig Zeit alles auszuprobieren... Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen. Ein wundervolles, helles Appartment vor den Toren der Altstadt. Sehr ruhig mit Blick in die Hinterhöfe . Wir waren hell auf begeistert und würden immer wieder kommen Der Besitzer war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er war jederzeit erreichbar. Einfach rundrum empfehlenswert!
