Location, communication and overall expectations were well met. However the outlets didn’t work in one room, another rooms bathroom had very low water pressure and half the lights didn’t work. The couch was hard but the place was cute and had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed our stay but if we hadn’t rented the entire space we would’ve suffered not being able to have electricity.

Amazing location and space for three couples. Steps from Duomo, David statue and grocery close by; lots of shopping and fun alleyways to explore. Two issues: poor wifi throughout apartment; host ghosted us regarding getting lights working in master bath- no lights isn't really a "luxury apartment". But overall great experience.

The property was super clean with modern appliances and amenities, and very effective AC (which was great during the August heat wave). This was the BEST apartment during our 10 day Italian vacation. From Venice, to Florence and then off to Rome, this apartment was a highlight. It is centrally located. Beautifully decorated and the onboarding was AMAZING. Erica was SO exceptional. She met us at the apartment. Gave us great options for food and recommend local contacts for tours. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are staying in Florence, this is the spot to choose.

My family and I loved our stay here. The location is right by the Duomo and the Plazza Della Repubblica. I had a question about the air conditioning not working correctly, but Edoardo came by to help solve the problem. I would recommend staying here and I plan on staying here again if I come back to Florence.

This flat was well appointed, updated and right in the center of every place we wanted to be. When the windows are closed you can't hear the city but you can enjoy the vibe of the city when the windows are open. Would stay here again.
