"It was clean inside but the porch furniture had dust on it and the screen wasn't attached at the bottom so our cat couldn't be out there and we only had 2 towels. I called the number on the outside sign Sunday night but no response, didn't see the number on the frig until the morning we left. So that coupled with a holiday weekend perhaps things might have been different. Other than that it was fine. I hope this helps with your guests in the future"

"We needed a place to stay while putting our boat away for hurricane season in Green Cove Springs. This appartmwnt was 3 minutes away from the marina. We appreciated having a laundry facility and a fully equipped kitchen. The parking was right by the door which facilitated our moving. The master bedroom bed was the best mattress/bed I have slept in! Extremely comfortable!"

"Had a wedding at the Clay Theater so was looking for a place that was close. This property was perfect for that. Location is very close to the Clay Theater but is a little sketchy. Weird neighbors and is located right by a rehab center. The property has quiet hours which was nice."

"loved the covered wagon and interactions with all the animals. Unfortunately, we woke up (at 3 a.m.) to a temperature of 51 degrees. Did turn on the heaters in covered wagon however by 6:30 when we notified Elaine the temperature had not gone up. Could not make coffee because had the heaters on."
