"We stayed 4 nights, 3 out of 4 breakfast days were excellent. One day was poor with a lack of silverware, food products and coffee machine. The room we had was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The desk staff were always very helpful and very courteous. "

The only thing to get use to is the lift button that does not light up. 😂 Very please with the hotel. Now I will keep a look out of chamade chain of hotels in my next booking."

"This hotel was a wonderful find in Gent. Not quite in the city centre but an easy and interesting walk away. Can also use the tram nearby. Beautiful Art Deco building and our room was nice and spacious. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Parking on site for a very small fee. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Was greeted upon arrival and got a room a couple hours early which is always a bonus. Liked the location, just south ofnthe main tourist area, but a quick walk to anything. Was nice being away from the crowds and the food neearby was great with options. Bathroom was small, but did book the smallest room as i was traveling alone, so cant complain."
