The L-shaped villa faces the swimming pool and has three large terraces, a kitchen with PLANCHA XXL and gas BBQ, fridge top, and a dining area with ceiling fan. Large pergola with a lounge lounge for 12 people thanks to the swimming pool heated by heat pump.
The design of the atypical semi-storey and L-shaped villa offers you a large living space of over 70 m2 consisting of an open fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, fridge, wine cellar, central island ... , an adjoining utility room with washing machine 10 kg, tumble dryer ... and a dining room and a TV lounge relaxation area.
