Located in Paradise Hills in Flagstaff (not Shadow Moutain despite VRBO says), this charming house boasts 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with two full beds. Great hot tub. BBQ. There is also a queen air mattress and a chair with pull out bed that would accommodate a small child. A high chair and portable crib are also provided. The primary bathroom has a large soaking tub, separate shower, two sinks, and heated floors. The hall bathroom has a shower over tub. Guests can enjoy the soothing ambiance of this cozy retreat, complete with hot tub, AC, heating, WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and an iron. The large kitchen comes equipped with pots and pans, a variety of spices, mixers, blenders, cutting boards and knives, a Crock Pot, and other nice-to-have kitchen items for making a great meal or baking your favorite treat. There is gas grill in the backyard. The backyard is fully fenced and backs on to Buffalo Park for great hiking and access to trails. The large garage accommodates two Suburbans or other SUVs, and there is another large parking space near the garage for additional off-street parking. Close to NAU, the Snowbowl, and the Grand Canyon.
