A stylish and newly upgraded townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms! An open concept floor plan and a cute backyard to enjoy Flagstaff's amazing weather. The first level has the front door/entry, living room, kitchen, garage and half bath. Upstairs has all 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the full sized washer and dryer. There are portable a/c units for the summer and central heat for the winter. There is room for 3 cars to park - NO street parking.

Christmas Ski Trip
