"You feel immediately at home when you enter the hotel. The staff is very nice. The rooms are very clean and modern. Unfortunately we were there for just one day for traveling. We’ll book a longet stay next time!"

"Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes. "

"There were flies everywhere. All over the lobby, the kids play area, the dining area, and the food bar. Completely unsanitary. If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would. Excuses ranged from claiming not to notice, to blaming it on the season, to asserting the hotel had tried everything even though I never saw one fan, barrier, or other attempt to protect the food.
