"Lovely done out property, all rooms are really spacious, clean and presentable, tvs in all rooms. Only 15 minutes from the centre and really quiet area to stay. Hosts are great for getting in touch with and offer a fair priced late checkout, we will definitely stay here again when coming back up :))) x"

"Property needed repairs. Poor facilities. Dusty and dirty surfaces. No communication prior to arrival that TV service and wifi not working. On a positive, the beds were comfortable. "

"Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."

"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. "We arrived and went straight to bed as it was late when we got there. Bed comfortable but surprised no face cloths in the bathroom . Shower excellent and breakfast really tasty and with plenty of choice. Left luggage in house while we visited the Durham uni.Easy to walk to the Uni business centre. A good choice."
