"Loved how close and convenient this location was. And the bar upstairs felt like a private club with really nice drinks. Only thing that would have made this better is if there was more ventilation and privacy in the bathroom area within the room."

"This was booked last minute, during a very busy weekend in Glasgow and Edinburgh, due to being let down with our previous booked accommodation not being available. The price was better than most of the other hotels and in my opinion, very reasonable. The hotel was clean and tidy, as were the rooms. The staff were very nice, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent although, again only my opinion, the tatty scones were just slightly over fried. Plenty of option for everyone’s tastes. It only takes 20 minutes (approx) to walk to Central train station or a £7-8 taxi journey. My partners only gripe is that they didn’t have a hairdryer in the room however as she had her own in the car, didn’t ask at the reception if they had any. We were very happy with this hotel and will definitely think about staying here again the next time we are in Glasgow. "

"Have had a lovely stay. My husband & I booked in for one night to attend the Ideal Hone Show at the SECC. Room had everything you need (much better than some hotels). Only thing I can find to say negatively, is the carpet was a bit worn. "
