"This is a beautiful condo/hotel. Our room had a private view of Mont Blanc and we could watch the weather on the peak as it unfolded. The site is convenient to the center city. We stayed 8 days and never moved the car from it's secure covered parking spot "

"Hotel Lyret is right on the river, with balconies that have a river and Mountain View. It is a short walk from the bus stop and close to all of the dining and shopping in Chamonix. The receptionists are friendly, helpful, and speak several languages. The receptionist made reservations for us at multiple restaurants throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was fairly priced and had lots of delicious food options. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with great water temperature and pressure. The reception also had great hiking recommendations for us and buying the tickets for to the train to the glacier was easy and very convenient. We will be back to Hotel Lyret in the future! "

"It was great! The vibe, the decor, areas within the property. Breakfast a must have. The minus is the shower, small, very small, but not enough to change my opinion that is a place to stay."

"Our stay was great and I owe it almost entirely to the staff at this hotel. Weeks before we even got there their excellent customer service began. It was our 25th anniversary and we were trying to get a restaurant booking. Many emails went back and forth to make this happen. Upon arrival, the man who checked us in remembered that we had still not resolved it, and asked if he could make the booking for us. They told the restaurant that it was our anniversary which resulted in being recognized with music and sparklers. We had just come off a cruise and needed to do laundry. We went to the laundromat close by and they were closed. When we came back to the hotel, they told us to leave the laundry with them and they would figure out a way to have it done. I’m not sure who did it, but later, someone delivered it to our room washed and folded. Daniela and another young lady (Mathilde?) always went above and beyond to be kind and help us with all our needs. The hotel is perfectly situated. We had beautiful views of Mont Blanc. It is within a block of many restaurants. The city center is just a 5 min walk away; train station is less than 10 min. The Flixbus stop was also very close. Aiguille du Midi gondola was less than a 5 min walk. Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh bread and pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurts, juices, espresso drinks, etc. The pool was pretty and my husband loved the steam room. If we go back, we would stay here again!"

"The hotel is located right by the cable car to du Midi and close to the village center. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. It was nice to have spa for relaxation, especially after a day's outing."

"The hotel room was very couzy with a comfortable bed and nice balcony with an EXCELLENT VIEW of MONT BLANC. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and the view of the mountain from the dinning room was just breathtaking. Really liked the place. I did not make reservation for parking as I was not aware of this, but there was public parking less than 1 block away. It also had many restaurants walking distance. I would recommend it."

"Very modern and comfortable room. Weather was cool spring fresh so we could open the patio door which was nice. Great shower water pressure! Parking entry is tight, slow and careful."

"Excellent hotel stay, staff is great, food was good and mostly it well place in the valley of Chamonix, close enough to enjoy the city but far enough not to pay the price of it. The beds are comfortable and room clean. "
