"Alors moi je pensais c’était un hôtel , j’arrive j’ai rien ni la chambre ni le code pour rentrer ds la chambre je devais moi appeler plusieurs fois pour avoir tous les renseignements et ça a 2heurs du matin le concierge m’a même aidé ou proposer de les appeler. Après ils ont débiter 120 dirhame sur ma carte bancaire je ne sais pas pourquoi se n’est pas normal . Pour moi c un mauvais plans mais l’appartement en lui même c’était bien sans plus merci "

"Perfect place to stay"

"Bad customer service. Management Tried extortion and asked for more money after checked in. Unhealthily living conditions. Bathtub was clogged and flooded but management refused to fix it. Didn’t provide enough towels. Management asked for more money for cleaning the apartment and forced us to clean the living space and bathroom by ourselves. Very Incompetent Management."

"Wonderful views of city from property. Staff all easy to commumicate with. Grocery store nearby for all food requirements. Walkable area to Downtown & Dunai Mall. Property stocked with all amenities needed. Would definitely recommend! "
