"We stayed at the Mare Verde Villaggio for one week. My family of 4, with 2 children (9 and 3 year old) had a great time. The village is safe for younger children, the beach and the swimming pools are wonderful, and the water in the sea is crystal. The village is also staffed by wonderful people, friendly and helpful. 6/10 Okay

"Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel."

"This cute hotel is a 1-minute walk to the beach! It is a little outside of central Follonica, but totally walkable. We are a family of three and we walked to town every night for dinner and gelato. We also walked to and from the train-station with heavy backpacks. They do have bikes to rent at the hotel, and Follonica provide small trains after 17:30 that take you to and from town until midnight. Very clean and great buffet breakfast! Would highly recommend! "
