He gave us really useful suggestions about places to visit and activities to do in the surrounding area. We visited Rome, went to the beach in Sabaudia and enjoyed the Cori countryside. "Beautiful old stone home with all the amenities. A fully stocked kitchen large enough for 6-8 to eat at the table. The views outside the windows are spectacular! Communication with the owner was fabulous! She always responded with any problems or questions. The caretakers Ivana and Luigi were very accommodating and helpful. Loved the little visits from their dog and kitty🤣 Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms adequate for all your needs. A beautiful retreat from the world yet close enough...

"We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go. We do recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to do any traveling away from the villa due to it's being a little bit remote. A train will take you to the Sezze station but from there two buses are required to get to and from the villa. We enjoyed going to the shops...
