Small, cosy country house "Mouty", surrounded by meadows and fields. In the hamlet Mouty 2.5 km from the centre of Felzins, 11 km from the centre of Capdenac le Haut, 12 km from the centre of Figeac, on a slope, 12 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: terraced garden, 200 m2 (not fenced) with trees. Narrow motor access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 11 km, supermarket 11 km, bathing lake "Figeac" 12 km.

"Mouty", 2-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating, air-conditioning. Small terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
