"The cottage was no frills but had everything we needed and was nestled in a quiet area surrounded by native vegetation and many types of birds. The screened in porch and pool was perfect for relaxing too. The pier is a few feet away with easy access for kayaking or watching the green sea turtles from there. Valerie is a top notch host and ensures that you have everything that you need. Thanks again Valerie - we had a great time!"

"The property is not in the main road and you have to get to a very bumpy road for about 600-700 meters to get there. No easy way to transport without a car, Taxis are not easy to find and super expensive. No easy or close access to the beach, no restaurants around. Staff is not friendly and were quite aggressive for some things, Owner was not friendly either. I would not stay there ever again"

"I didn't think we could top last year's visit, but I think we just did. Everything was wonderful - the villa, the property, all the staff. Loved everything about Exuma Sol....except maybe the little bugs at night! They seemed to really like us though! Very much want to return, we are working hard to make that happen. Thank you Mike and Karilynn for being such great hosts."

The views were lovely and the location is great - not too far from town but enough to feel off the beaten path. Warren was available as needed and checked in often! Spencer, the host, was always immediately available through Whatsapp to answer questions and take care of any concerns. "This was our third time staying in Exuma. Second time staying on Hoopers Bay, our first with Ava and Cameron. It was an unforgettable stay and so reasonably priced for the amenities and everything that are included. The home has just about anything you would need on a trip, making it so easy to just let go and relax. We would love to come back and stay with Ava and Cameron again!"
