"Disastrous experience. Was travelling for work and arriving late Sunday night but booked this location as they advertised no check in limits. I was told I would receive check in instructions in case the front desk was closed (which unless you’re arriving before 5pm on a week day it will be) but nothing arrived. "We had a lovely couple of nights here. The beach was within walking distance and the country park had an indoor swimming pool. We had to pay £50 extra for this but it was worth it as the children aged 4 and 6 went in twice a day. We stayed here to visit Poultons Park which was also a great day out for the family. The host for this property was very prompt in all responses and had left wine and biscuits when we arrived. Very professionally managed."

"A very unique and beautiful place to stay. With lots of personal touches. Beautiful flowers in the room when we arrived and some delicious brownies which we enjoyed upon arrival. Spotlessly clean, spacious with beautiful furnishings and a lovely big comfortable bed. We had a great nights sleep as it was lovely and quiet. Shower was fantastic with some lovely toiletries and big fluffy towels. The property had all the facilities you could possibly need and more! There was a pretty outside area...

"Sorry to say this is a large caravan not a chalet in my opinion.It was well equipped and positioned in what is a very large park. I have had many holidays in chalets and this one unfortunately was not amongst the best, indeed it was expensive for the short stay"
