"I understand the property is undergoing maintenance and upgrades. The hotel is fine, though we found it to smell a bit musty and be showing some age. Rooms were acceptable and kids enjoyed the pool. Convenient location."

If you're looking for a good beach experience maybe it is best to go to other parts of Cape Cod than falmouth. The beach I went to was ok-- a little chilly in september and sands were clean.didn't go for a swim--waves a little rough for that.
