"THE PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. THERE IS A CARGO TRAIN THAT PASSES A FEW TIMES A DAY BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR IT. THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SHIELDS ANY NOISE AND VISION OF IT. THE HOST WAS KIND, GRACIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. IT IS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FROM THE OLD TOWN OF REGENSBURG.CERTAINLY A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY.IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TV OR LOUNGE AREA. WE WERE THERE IN DECEMBER 2024 AND THE INTERIOR WAS VERY WARM AND COMFORTABLE.WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED."

"My wife and I just spent four nights in Regensburg enjoying the town and the multiple Christmas Markets. The apartment was excellent in itself, but the location being so close to the train station, Thurm and Taxis, and old town was second to none. We enjoyed eating brunch at Rough Surface every day after our run along the river. Would highly Recommended "

"Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Die Anlage wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Betreten unseres Ferienhauses (68) dann der Schock: Es roch nach kaltem Rauch, es war schmutzig, die Wohnung wirkte bestenfalls besenrein. Der Teppichboden wirkte, als wäre er nicht mal abgesaugt worden, Hundehaare von den Vorgängern inklusive. Der Backofen roch nach altem Fett, so dass wir keine Speisen darin zubereiten wollten.
