"At first I was skeptical bc after I made the reservation I was sent a message I pick up the key @ One location “then drive to the Annex” to my room. Being from the lower 48~ I’ve never experienced that before. But I went with it. It was easy to find the main hotel & the owner was there with the key even thought it was 2:30 A.M.. he explained the annex was around he corner (not far) and even showed me a clear photo of what door to go in & which way my room would be. My room was EXCELLENT. Kitchenette , COMFY Bed. QUIET. Looking Forward to Next Years visit!!!"

"We loved our room. It was very spacious and quiet. We loved the lobby area where there was lots of comfortable seating. We were able to sit and play games with family without disturbing anyone and it was very comfortable. The pool and breakfast was great. Very easy check in and check out. The location was very convenient and easy to find, right next to so many different stores and food options. "

"They came to a nearby hotel and pick us up. Help with our luggage and got us a room ASAP. By 11:30am we were in a room and settled. They will be transporting us to the airport. Made my nervous self feel much better as we were in Alaska and traveling to our home outside of Houston, Texas. "
