This set up is so amazing for a few families to share. You can divide your family and friends into 2 separate homes and enjoy! After a little serenity or down time, there are decks on both houses where you can socialize and enjoy the amazing view surrounded by water. The 3 bedroom has a max size huge brand-new double slip dock and the other has a single slip dock, both are available for your private use and the views are amazing! There's also an area for the kids to play on the grass while being your direct view.
