"Great staff. The property is in need of repair. The carpet and floor tile grout are filthy. The sheetrock tape on the ceiling is peeling away. The desk light did not work. The toilet seat is loose and the cap over the tightening screw is missing. No directions on how to operate the TV. A bucket located in the hallway is used to catch dripping water. The place is tired and needs some TLC."
