"We have stayed here before and knew that the location, space and parking were good. This time we were made to feel very welcome by the person who checked us into the property and upgraded our accommodation. Parking is particularly important for us and we were not disappointed. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We will always choose this property when staying in Launceston. "
