"We came in with our kids and grand kids and we enjoyed the villa immensely. The view from the villa is breath taking. We enjoyed the well maintained and quite large pool and the short drives to the nearby beaches. The kitchen is very well equipped for home cooking, which we did twice, and the taverns in the near village are excellent. All and all it was a memorable family gathering. "We spent just under 3 weeks in the Peloponnese and this mansion was our home base. It was so excellent we didn't want to leave. "Our stay in this property is rated as excellent. The house is located in a small village with an excellent view of the Messinian gulf. It is about 15 minutes away from the town of Petalidi which has a nice beach and many good tavernas, restaurants, and supermarkets. There were a few beers and a fresh bowl of fruit for us to enjoy when we arrived. The location was perfect and with a gated property felt very safe. You can walk by foot to the various restaurants of Gialova, and to the beach. We enjoyed it and also experienced some other beaches in the area, as well as the archeological sites nearby.
