%26lt;b%26gt;We collect a non-refundable 10% booking fee of the total room cost to confirm the reservation the day it is made. Reservations may be cancelled with no further obligation until 3 PM CST three (3) days prior to your arrival date.%26lt;br /%26gt;

Three days prior to your arrival, the remaining balance plus any additional services and taxes will be automatically charged to the card on file at which point the reservation is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.%26lt;/b%26gt;%26lt;br /%26gt;

%26lt;b%26gt;Rescheduling a reservation.%26lt;/b%26gt; Postponement of a reservation is processed as a cancellation followed by a new reservation at a later date. The booking fee is retained on the original reservation and a second booking fee will be due on the later reservation. Subject to availability, any reservation may be rescheduled to an earlier date for no additional cost.%26lt;br /%26gt;

%26lt;b%26gt;Cancellations.%26lt;/b%26gt; Please contact the online booking platform you used to make the reservation in order to cancel.%26lt;br /%26gt;

%26lt;b%26gt;Additional Services.%26lt;/b%26gt; Additional services will be refunded if cancelled 48 hours in advance.%26lt;br /%26gt;

%26lt;b%26gt;Non-Payment of Balance.%26lt;/b%26gt; We will automatically attempt to charge the balance of your reservation to the card on file or an alternate card that you specify on the morning of the due date stated in your confirmation email. If the transaction does not go through, we will contact you by text, e-mail and phone to assist you in facilitating the second payment; however, if the payment has not been received by 8:00 PM on the due date, we will treat the non-payment as a cancellation of your reservation, place the unit back on the market, and the booking fee will be forfeited.%26lt;br /%26gt;

%26lt;b%26gt;Early Departure.%26lt;/b%26gt; There are no refunds for early departure.%26lt;br /%26gt;

%26lt;b%26gt;Shutdowns by a Government Agency.%26lt;/b%26gt; Beaver Lakefront Cabins will remain open unless required to close by a government agency. If we must close, reservations made during any closure will be refunded in full.
