There were live plants and a birdfeeder on the deck, and the grounds were well kept and mostly free of poison ivy. We had to microwave all meals, because the cookware was so damaged that we could not use it without the Teflon coating coming off in our food. A old note taped to coffee pot that read it was broken, so why was it not replaced?
