"The staff was great, food was good, and the view was incredible. There is no tv or WiFi in room even though it says there is. There is an 11 kilometer drive on a dirt road to get to the hotel. The road is only suitable for trucks and 4x4s. "

"It was simply amazing - a beautiful place and the attention to detail in the accommodation is excellent - we just had a wonderful time and Raymond and the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. "This property is nothing like the description or photos on Expedia. When challenged at check in the properties management stated that the descriptions were those of Expedia not of their own!! This is a One Star property charging Four Star prices probably due to local demand! The rooms smelt musty and were not attractive at all. "I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. There needs to be a sign reminding the guests to treat the very fine staff with the respect they deserve or be asked to leave. "

"Booked weeks ahead and requested adjacent rooms for family of four, never got them. Bad start. Dinner - 50mins wait, too long, food was good at least. Breakfast good but no bacon and decent coffee is extra. No fridge or milk for coffee/tea. Two tea bags per room for 3 nights. Big problems with hot water and power. Son very annoyed. And crook wifi. Great view of the Mt, friendly manager and staff, safe and secure. "
