"A wonderful place in terms of settings, as it has its own botanical garden, lakes etc. It is absolutely wonderful. Service was very helpful and friendly. As opposed to what Hotels.com say- you can check in any time day and night (reception is manned 24/7). The only point of improvement I'd suggest is to improve their signs around the resort- it is super easy to get lost and not be able to find the bar, restaurant or even the room (it is a big place with many little walkways, and I wasnt the only one lost most of the time ha ha). Thanks for a great stay!!"

"When we got into the Resort we were told that our names didnt appear on the guest list even though we had made full payment for the three nights."

"We had a very lovely time at the lodge. The restaurant serves excellent dinners. Breakfast could be improved as the scrambled eggs are the only included option and one must pay extra for an omelet or sunny side up eggs. Bring a flashlight for evening return to cabin as it is dark and walkways and stairs are uneven"

"We had a terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like it does o the site. It’s completely run down. The hospitality is poor. Uncomfortable beds. The rooms and toilets are dirty. The fridge looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, there were dead cockroaches in the fridge. Instead of apologising the receptionist made excuses about how the pictures on the site are old pictures and that the place is being renovated, when we asked her why the misrepresentation because if there were accurate images it’d allow us a fair chance to choose whether or not to book the place, she responded and sarcastically said, “where would you guys go”. We moved out before completing our two day stay there. I wouldn’t recommend that spot to anyone. Furthermore when you book it says there’s free breakfast included. There’s nothing like that!"
