Welcome to Tawney Trail Villa, a luxurious three bedroom condo (sleeps up to 7 people) with spectacular views of Mary's Lake and the mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped (has a Keurig coffee maker!) for preparing your meals. At the end of the day, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere on your private deck. Later that evening take in the brilliant night skies.

Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the comfortable living and kitchen areas with fireplace, flat screen TV, magnificent mountain views and access to your private deck. The kitchen is perfect for meal preparation with open room concept, so no one is ever left out of a conversation. Go up the next flight of stairs to the guest bedroom with a Bunk bed, Full size on the bottom, and Twin size on the top, and a Jack and Jill full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second guest room features a Queen size bed and is also connected to the Jack and Jill bathroom. The Master Suite on the top level features a King size bed, AC wall unit, and private full bathroom with tub. You have access to the full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room off the garage.

Tawney Trail Villa will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and comfortable in the summer, this property has AC on the top floor only. This lovely condo accommodates up to 7 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The shared pool, and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend thru Labor day weekend.

This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 24 through October 20, 2024. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

No Pets, No Smoking, No Events. No more then 7 people at the property at any time no more then 2 cars at any time (1 car garage). The person renting/name on the account must be present.
