The interiors are truly pleasing on the eye, with modern, comfy living room furniture and spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. The exteriors are equally smart, with a private heated* swimming pool and a wonderful outdoor Hot Tub* enjoying high levels of privacy, thanks to the mature Mediterranean gardens. For the location, Villa Casillo could not be better placed, with the nearby beaches and shops within 1.5km, and the other cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Duquesa all within a 15-minute drive.

Important Information - Please note that this property contains a typical and traditional style balcony which is lower in height than we might expect here in the UK. We ask that children remain supervised.

The villa has 2 steps for access also with a 95cm wide path. The front door has a width of 127cm and any other doors to access the pool area have a width of 125cm. Paths from the villa to the pool are 120cm wide. There is a slope with 1 step from villa to driveway and 1 step onto the path, then down to the pool and garden is a little uneven and the grass is sloped down towards the pool area. The pool has steps for entrance. The kitchen and 1 bedroom are on the ground floor, the living area is up 3 steps and further bedrooms are downstairs. The steps into the living room are 18cm. The widest bedroom door is 55cm which is on the ground floor along with the widest bath/shower room being 67cm wide also on the ground floor.
