Experience true luxury in our carefully furnished 115m2 flat for 6 people 'Don Leo', located in the heart of picturesque Estepona, near Malaga, Costa del Sol, Spain, offering enchanting views of a green park and distant sea views.

With three beautiful bedrooms, each with access to the terrace, our flat offers an ambience of comfort and elegance. The master bedroom features a luxurious Danish designed premium bed (180 x 200) equipped with a comforting mattress topper. Bedroom 2 has two premium Danish design single beds (90 x 200), while bedroom 3 also offers two premium Danish design single beds (90 x 200). Two exquisite bathrooms, one of them en suite to the master bedroom, complete the space.

In our spacious open-plan kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine (capsules), toaster and juicer, you can enjoy preparing your favorites dishes. For your convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.

Relax and unwind in the cozy living room, adorned with elegant Scandinavian design furniture, including pieces from Bo-Concept. Gather around the 6-person dining area and enjoy pleasant convivial moments.

Entertainment options abound with a smart digital TV offering a wealth of channels and streaming apps, allowing you to enjoy your favorites series. You can also listen to your favorite music via the Bluetooth-connected sound bar.

Step out onto the spacious 36 m2 terrace, equipped with a luxurious sofa and a dining table for 6 people, perfect for al fresco dining and sunbathing.

Our development has a communal swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna for your enjoyment. In addition, next to the flat you will find 10 paddle tennis courts and the gymnasium of the 'Las Mesas' Sports Centre. (The Jacuzzi is currently out of service)

Air conditioning did not work. Took several days to get fixed and was due to an unclean filter. Wife had to sleep in the lounge on the the first night as bedroom was unbearably hot. Bought our own fan! Poor bedding; no pillows - only cushions, bed topper slid off during night as did the sheets. Patio door from bedroom did not open and no furniture on bedroom balcony. Limited kitchen items - not even a decent cork screw. Dining table needed cleaning. Outside patio furniture brown with soil from surrounding building works. This area will be a building site for several years so lots of noise and dirt. Bit of a ghost town as most of the properties are holiday apartments.
