Exclusive and modern front line beach apartment. 2 bed apartment sleeps up to 4. A large terrace having outside dining furniture, sunbeds and overlook the garden and the sea. Marble floor throughout the apartment. The lounge has great and comfortable seating, wifi, smart TV HD 55". The kitchen is fitted with modern home appliances (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave), towels and linens, toaster, coffee machine Nespresso and marble worktop. Master bedroom with direct access to the terrace. Both bedrooms with bathroom on suite and underfloor heating. Security shutters and alarm.

The apartment has a very large terrace (60 square meters) completely furnished.

The urbanization has gardens and direct access to the beach, large pool with waterfall and sun loungers.

Located in Estepona, Urb. Sinfonía del Mar, in between Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa, 5 minute drive away from all the necessary ammenities, including excellent golf courses, one of them being Finca Cortesín, home of the Volvo Masters and only a few steps away from the beach. Beautiful views over the gardens, Mediterranean sea, Estepona, Gibraltar, and the spectacular sunrise. Development with excellent well mantained community, large garden and pool.

Situated in a quiet area and only a short drive from the seaside resort of Estepona where you can walk in the narrow cobbled streets of the old town enjoying the small squares in which to enjoy their terraces or choose one of the numerous delightly restaurants and tapas bars or take a walk along the nice promenade.

The superb location and orientation of the apartment, as well the area and surroundings will make you enjoy and have an unforgettable stay.

GOLF:
The Costa del Sol is also well-known as the 'Costa del Golf'. During the whole year golfers of all the world –from beginners to professionals - enjoy the sunny days on Europe’s most numerous selection of golf courses: more than 50 Greens! Right in front of the house is the new golf course “Doña Julia” (18-holes), and just a swing away the club 'La Duquesa Golf', right next to the sport harbor crossing the main street you reach “La Finca de Cortesín”, a 5 star golf and spa resort, that has hosted numerous high-profile events including the Volvo World Match Play Championship on three occasion. Besides the high concentration of golf courses in Marbella and Estepona you can also visit Spain’s most famous golf course “Valderrama“ which is located 20 minutes away (by car) towards Gibraltar. Venue of the legendary Ryder- Cup in 1997.

Great patio and view
Arrived a little bit later so no greeting which made somethings challenging to figure out. Stove top did not work and AC Was challenging at first. Manager came over second day and resolved issues with AC only but when we left one burner worked on stovetop. Clean comfortable apartment with great outdoor patio and furniture. In spite of some hiccups had a great stay.

Very Nice!
The property was excellent. It was very clean and well decorated. The appliances were in great condition as was the furniture. Beautiful balcony with beautiful views. It's a bit of a walk to a sandy beach area with restaurants, but if you want to take a quick ocean swim you are right there.

Marisa was very responsive to all questions and met us at check in. The unit was very clean, spacious, and the patio was huge. It was a great place to relax in the morning and enjoy the view. Felt comfortable walking everywhere. Used the pool and it is great for swimming laps.

Beautiful return stay!
We had another glorious week at this remarkable property. Our host made sure we were taken care of in spite of a terrible rain that took our power and internet away for a bit. All was in fine condition and our every comfort was met. One small piece of advice to anyone visiting at this time of the year may be to include some mosquito spray in your luggage. We had pesky visitors in the overnight hours even with our screens closed. Otherwise, recommend without hesitation if you are ready for a quiet, relaxing week with astonishing sights and sounds of the sea at your fingertips! Enjoy!

Lovely apartment with all mod cons smart tv and fast internet great for teenagers! Beautiful sea views with very large terrace. The shared pool was large and never crowded even though we where there during school holidays. Beach on your door step hardly any people on them. Beaches with restaurants and facilities a short drive. Couple of restaurants with in walking distance including a nice beach bar. Would recommend if you don’t want to be in the really touristy part of costa del sol. Owner Marisa was helpful and kindly let us check in early many thanks to her.
