Irish family stay in apartments for a week

We were very happy with the apartment & it’s location just a couple of minutes from the port. It was very clean & modern & had everything we needed. It was a little bit confusing about the on line check in & what was required. We weren’t sure if a photocopy of our passport was required as we were told initially it was. This all could be a bit clearer.

Very Happy

The high standard of fixtures and fittings and the comfort of the beds, the view from the balcony, which must be one of the best in Estepona, made this a most enjoyable 8 days. We would certainly recommend this accomodation and would have no hesitation in returning ourselves.

After some initial problems this Apartment was really a very enjoyable stay.On arrival it was very clear that this property was not used as a long term let ie equipment not in place for long term eventually we received what we required within a few days.We found the staff of Fredrik really very friendly and excellent to deal with.The exterior of this apartment does not do justice to the interior and views etc.Example from the day we arrived until we left their was a builders skip at the entrance to this block with builders rubble and also some domestic rubbish . This gave a very untidy look to the building and also a unkept look to the area.The location of the Apartment is excellentThis is a very genuine and constructive review of our stay.Anthony Edmonds

Clean apartment but not everything working

Air-conditioning unit in master bedroom not working. Automatic shade in living room not working, so that heat gain from sun during the day required more air-conditioning in the living room (where unit was working). Second automatic shade for kitchen area got stuck in closed position, spoiling view and not allowing access to balcony from sliding door.

The apartment was immaculate throughout, however the pictures make it look much more spacious than it actually is. Everything was brand new and beds were very comfortable. Great location and easy to walk to the port or beach.
