"What a marvelous time we had immersed in the open life between this beautiful beach and wild mangrove river. The host went above and beyond to arrange our desired trips kayaking, exploring Corcovado, enjoying the Gulf, massages, birding, and suggesting options for food experiences. He even suggested the shuttle from San Jose and the hotel to use there as well. Know that Punta Preciosa is remote. It is wild. It is 25 minutes by taxi to town, so come prepared with food and your desired beverages....

"I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts. Communication was great. They helped us find a fishing guide, gave us advice on where to eat, and took the time to show us around their beautiful property. It had everything we needed including AC, coffee maker, and a washing machine (among other necessities). The house had one bedroom and two pull-outs ( which were already set up) for our kids in the living room. Towels available for showering and some to take to the beach....

"The property is wild and wonderful! They are really not joking about the trek to get in there, but that is part of why it's so great once you are there. That road is something, and then parking is a bit from the tree house. We saw all kinds of wildlife and enjoyed both sunny and stormy weather. It had an immersion feel for sure.
