"It's a very elegant building. The outside still has some construction going on but nothing noisy. "The apartment is exceptional in every way and therefore I must give it the highest rating possible. Apartment or more the building in which the apartments are have a fundamental design flow, which are electronic locks/keypads through which you gain entry. When the power outage in Spain happened the lock obviously went out and building doors were shut so we could not enter the property. I have asked for the physical key repeatedly but I was completely ignored. There was obviously zero contingency...

Unfortunately, we were never given the address, and the address in VRBO did not exist. "Staff friendly, hotel a bit tired, rooms comfy, pool excellent (although they do need to address the number of sunbeds "reserved" with towels that no-one uses for 1hour+). Really well positioned for exploring Seville. Parking was unavailable when we were there so parked 5 mins away in Parking San Bernardo which turned out cheaper anyway. There is a great tapas bar just up the street (Royalti) and a cafe bar almost next door for breakfast (Casa Ruis) where all the locals go, so you know its good"
