The apartment is on the first floor of a large family house on a plot of 3100 m2. If the house is a large carport with roof terrace (36 m2). There is also a terrace of 150 m2 with grill / grill. Both terraces are equipped with comfortable furniture. From the terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view of the surroundings. The back of the house belonging to Forest offers good play opportunities for children. The ascent hiking trail follows the footpath to the nearby village.

During your stay, you are the only resident (s) of the family home.

From the house you have direct access to many walks in forests, meadows and nearby streams. For the experienced and inexperienced cyclist there is the Sauerland Radring, a rolling 84 km newly paved bike path on the former railway. For motorcyclists, it is an ideal starting point for motorcycle tours. The engines can be safely parked in the carport. The touristically attractive places Winterberg, Schmallenberg and Meschede lie around.

About 3 km from the house in the center of Eslohe is the beautiful heated indoor and outdoor Esselbad.
