Welcome to Chadwick Cove on Manasota Key! This brand new 1 bedroom 1 bath waterfront condo is 800 sq. ft. and features an open layout with a balcony overlooking Lemon Bay. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guest when using the queen Murphy bed located off the living room. Quarts countertops throughout and stainless steal appliances. The condo also features a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo is walkable to everything the key has to offer. Englewood beach is located directly across the street allowing you to enjoy both the beach and the bay in one location. It is conveniently located within steps away to several restaurants and shops. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with a grill, tiki bar and fire pit.

We had the best time here! High recommend this place to anyone staying in manasota key! You cannot beat the location and the place itself is updated, has everything you need and very clean! Property manager made sure we were accommodated and had everything we needed. The owner was also super helpful and nice, which we really appreciate!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay! Property as advertised with views of bay and ocean. Property was very clean and they had nice little touches like toiletries, hand soap, labeled cabinets. Property manager communicated well. Area was recovering from major hurricane damage, however it did not impact our trip except the beach was harder to access but that just gave us an opportunity to see others areas as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, will stay again!

Unit was lovely and clean, all new everything. Directly beside shops and restaurants and a two second walk across the street to the beach! Big kids playground at the beach access which was perfect for our little one. My husband enjoyed fishing off the little dock behind the house. Restaurant next door has live music Friday and Saturday nights (unsure about the rest of the week as we only stayed these two nights) which was nice, fairly loud but they shut it down by 11ish so not an issue by any means. Enjoyed listening to it from the balcony! Jim, the property manager, was wonderful and Erin was very nice and quick to respond to messages. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway spot

I rarely give a 5 stars because I don’t usually trust when I see it myself. But there was nothing wrong. Was just as advertised. Very clean. 5 min walk to a very nice beach. The people were all very friendly. Ray showed me around when we checked in. Was exactly what we needed for a few days to just get away and rest. There are bars and restaurants nearby if you want but we just stayed in and cooked and didn’t have to worry about COVID BS. Super WalMart maybe 20 mins away if you need anything. We will be going back. Good access to water if you have a boat. Call ahead and see but probably have wet slips available as well.

Can’t beat the Location!

The location is perfect with a beach just across the street, and bay views from your back porch! We really enjoyed being able to walk to multiple restaurants and bars that had amazing food! Would stay again.

Great location. Property was very clean and well equipped. Captain Ray was able to find a spot for our extra vehicle. Enjoyed hanging out with boaters at the marina. We were there over New Years Eve and a good time was had by all. Erin. your dad was a great host. We will be back!

A Gem at Englewood Beach

Wish we could have stayed longer and not had to spend most of each day 35 minutes away to tend to my 93-year old mother. This is a mini-marina on Lemon Bay with 9 slips and 2 or 3 apartments for rent. Our unit had a great view of Lemon Bay and you can even see the gulf surf between the buildings across the street from one of the windows. Very nice full kitchen/living room, bedroom and bathroom. You do have to walk up/down multiple flights of stairs but the reward is the better view. The beach park starts just about 100 yards down on the other side of the street. We really didn't have any check-in with Captain Ray, the owner/manager, as he wasn't there the day we arrived. That was ok since you're emailed the combination to get in the unit when your rental is confirmed. We had a little trouble with the lock later but another tenant showed us how to work it and then we were fine. Captain Ray did show us around the outdoor facilities the next day. Ray and his tenants/friends were all very nice. Since the White Elephant pub (with outdoor tiki bar on the other side of the marina) is next door, you'll hear some music on weekend nights including Sunday night (karaoke). A minor annoyance, at most, and it's nice to have a few bar/restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.
