"Great location for access to lifts and resort amenities. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Sylvia was nice and available to help resolve issues. The main downside of this unit is the bedroom is right up against the staff service elevators and staff supply room, it gets noisy starting at 6am and continues through the day. "Tim is an all-star host. Great communication, very gracious and kind. The property is super close to lots of outdoor activities and the village. The shuttle was constantly looping around so we never needed our car. The jacuzzis were clean and hot. Bed was comfy, pull-out sofa was super handy and the kitchen had everything we needed. "We really liked the layout. There was a Jack and Jill bathroom between the living room (with queen pullout couch) and bedroom so we had a door to shut on each side for privacy. I liked the balconies. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very friendly. We loved the free bike rentals and nearby hiking trails.
